PRINTER SERVICE TECHNICIANS

This is an excellent opportunity to join LaserNetworks as a Printer Service
Technician servicing customers in the London/Sarnia/Windsor/Chatham area.
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled service technicians who have a
natural affinity for servicing customers beyond their expectations. Sound
technical training and skills are a must.

Consideration will be given only to candidates who have a proven track
record in the printer/copier industry, with a minimum 2-3 years in a
technical support role. Candidates must be HP certified on a wide range of
print devices. A diploma in a computer or electronics related field, or
equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and networking, experience
installing hardware and upgrading device drivers and superior trouble
shooting skills are essential. Successful candidates will also demonstrate
superior customer service skills. Time management skills, neat appearance
and the ability to organize a busy schedule are key requirements of this
position.
