DIRECTOR OF CARE
SPRUCEDALE CARE CENTRE is
a 96-bed long-term care home in
Strathroy looking to fill the position
of Director of Care.
Position Description:
Plans, directs, co-ordinates and
supervises the overall nursing
program for residents within the
home.
Qualifications: Current certification
as a Registered Nurse from the
College of Nurses ofOntario is required.
Experience: 3 years in front-line
long term care management.
Experience working as part of an
interdisciplinary team. Experience
in MDS / computerized documentation,
staff education and geriatric nursing
practice is essential.
