Media Account Consultant - Outside Sales - Thunder Bay

Scope:
If you are an experienced, dynamic and creative salesperson with an excellent track record for delivering solid results while enjoying the excitement of a fast paced innovative environment then Yellow Pages is the place for you!

You will primarily be responsible for presenting advertising solutions that will enhance the impact and visibility of high volume group of clients. As an independent and results-oriented individual, you will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement client benefit focused media solutions that allow for achieving/ exceeding sales targets
* Identify and present advertising solutions face to face through effective needs assessment and provide benefit focused recommendations for your assigned client group
* Develop a value partnership with your SME clients in order to provide professional customer service experience
* Understand and promote Yellow Pages Group products and services relevant to each customer
* Be thoroughly familiar with and follow sales cycle
* Ensure all documentation and reports are accurate and completed within required timelines

Requirements:
* Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
* A minimum of 4 year sales experience
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including internet
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
* Strong organizational/planning complemented with time management skills
* Ability to overcome objections with perseverance
* Previous experience in media/advertising would be an asset
* Motivated by results to achieve company set targets
* Deadline Driven
* Self-motivated to achieve reward by achieving/exceeding sales targets with a customer focus
* Strong ability to work independently to manage/ prioritize your tasks to achieve desired outcomes
