We are a Montreal law firm that is interested in adding one full-time legal secretary to our commercial department.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can handle all aspects of a busy and stimulating commercial practice including:

Composing letters with/without the use of a Dictaphone machine, monthly billing, ability to communicate well with clients and capable of research with RDPRM, CIDREQ and Strategis, opening of files, photocopies, filing, assistance with the preparation of closing binders, miscellaneous administrative tasks.

The candidate should also be bilingual with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position and able to work autonomously. This opportunity will appeal to someone who likes working in a dynamic team, who is a self-starter, ambitious, well organized and always willing to learn and improve.



Nous sommes un cabinet d'avocats du centre-ville de Montréal qui recherche présentement un(e) secrétaire juridique à temps plein pour se joindre à notre département de droit commercial.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est en mesure de prendre une part active dans tous les aspects d'un pratice commerciale active, dynamique et stimulante , incluant la rédaction et la dactylographie de correspondance avec et sans dictaphone, la préparation de la facturation mensuelle, la communication avec les clients, les recherches RDPRM, CIDREQ et Strategis, l’ouverture des dossier, les photocopies, le classement et la préparation des livres de clotûre ainsi que les diverses tâches administratives.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est également bilingue et possède environ 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste semblable et est en mesure de travailler de manière autonome.Ce poste plaira à toute personne qui aime travailler dans une équipe dynamique, qui aime l’initiative, qui est ambitieuse, bien organisée et qui est toujours prête à apprendre et à s’améliorer.
