SEI Private Banking in Canada is seeking interested candidates for the position of French Translation and Marketing Coordinator. This position reports into our Advisor Network team.

Key Responsibilities include primarily English to French translation of the following:
* Marketing materials including brochures, booklets, product overviews, general information packages, newsletters, invitations, surveys and questionnaires
* Regularly scheduled client reports and any client communication material
* Content maintenance of the French portion of the SEI website
* PowerPoint presentations required for client presentations, prospect presentations, and sales conferences / seminars / workshops
* Production of French direct marketing emails<li>Updating of website content management system
* Assist with responding to RFP’s received in French<li>Assist with printing and packaging marketing material, power point presentations and client reports as required
* Manage relationships with external translation service providers
* Other responsibilities as might be assigned from time to time

The successful candidate would demonstrate:
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in English and French
* Excellent time management and organizational skills

Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
* Fluent (verbal and written) in French and English
* At least 2 years English to French translation experience
* Demonstrated experience Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred
* Related work experience in the financial services industry preferred
