Blueslice Networks is currently looking for a LTE HLR Software Designer to contribute to the development of Diameter based applications for its carrier-grade, ATCA-based LTE Home Location Register. The individual must have experience with design and implementation of carrier-grade core network nodes. A deep knowledge of C++, Linux OS, multithreading, and networking, as well as an ability to understand complex telecommunications systems is essential. An understanding of 2G/3G/IMS core networks is a must and 4G of core networks is an asset.


Qualifications
Musts:
• Bachelor, Masters, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 3 – 12 years relevant experience
• Diameter, 3GPP Release 6 and 7
• 2G /3G/IMS core networks architecture and behavior
• C++, STL, Linux, multi-threading based design
• MySQL
• Ability to work directly from specifications, e.g. 3GPP
• Fluent in English, written & spoken

• S6a and S6d Diameter interfaces
• HLR, GSM MAP protocol
