Description de poste
Sous la supervision du Chef Production, le Coordonnateur gère des équipes de travail sur les différents quarts, contrôle les procédés de fabrication et s'assure du bon fonctionnement des opérations. De plus, il : Contrôle les procédés de fabrication et s'assure du respect des plans de production ;
Dirige, mobilise et développe son personnel ;
Assure le respect des programmes de santé et sécurité, environnement, entretien sanitaire et voit au respect, à l'application et à la mise à jour du plan maîtrise qualité (ISO, formation) ;
Voit à l'application de la convention collective.

Exigences
Baccalauréat en Sciences et technologie des aliments ou en génie alimentaire
Posséder au moins 3 années d'expérience pertinente en industrie alimentaire, incluant 1 an en supervision de personnel syndiqué
Être disponible pour travailler sur des quarts variables (incluant certaines fins de semaines)


Job Description
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor manages work teams, monitors manufacturing procedures and ensures the smooth running of operations. In addition: Monitors manufacturing procedures and ensures compliance with production plans;
Manages, motivates and develops the personnel;
Ensures compliance with health and safety, environmental and hygiene programs as well as the application and updating of the quality master plan (ISO, training).

Requirements
University degree in Food Sciences or Food Engineering
Minimum of three years experience in the food industry including one year supervising unionized employees.
Be available to work on various shifts, including some weekends
