Job description

Start date: ASAP

Description de tâches:

-Assurer un suivi des dossiers d’invalidités de courte et longue durée.
-Supporter les divisions opérationnelles dans la gestion quotidienne des assurances collectives.
-S’assurer que tous les formulaires d’adhésions et de modifications sont bien complétés, envoyées à l’assureur et classées.
-Informer l’assureur des terminaisons et coordonne la fermeture des dossiers avec la paye.
-Effectuer le suivi des réclamations d’assurance vie.
-Mettre à jour les factures et procéder au paiement à l’assureur à chaque fin de mois (plus 100 divisions).
-Coder la paye pour toutes les modifications.
-Faire un suivi du paiement des primes pour les employés en congés de maternité, en CSST et en maladie.
-Modifier les données de paie et de facturation lors des révisions salaires ou des exonérations des primes.

Compétences requises pour occuper cette fonction :

-DEC en science humaine, technique en ressource humaine ou l'équivalent.
-Avoir entre cinq (5) à dix (10) d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
-Excellent bilinguisme (oral et écrit).
-Maîtrise des outils de MS Office.
-Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rigueur au travail.
-Connaissance du secteur du transport est un atout.


Position description:

-Ensure a good monitoring of short-term and long-term disability.
-Provide support to all our operating divisions with their daily group insurance management.
-Ensure that all new application forms and modifications are well completed, sent to the insurer and then well filed for further need of consultation.
-Inform the insurer of any termination of group insurance and arrange the closing of all folders with the pay department.
-Perform monitoring of all claimed life insurance files.
-Update all statements and proceed with the payments to the insured at every end of month. (more than 100 divisions)
-Data entry for payroll information.
-Arrange follow-up for payment of premiums to all employees on maternal leave, on CSST, and sick leave.
-Modify invoices and payroll data for salary changes or any waiver of premiums.

Required qualifications:

-DEC in social science or collegial technical program in human resources or equivalent.
-Have five (5) to ten (10) years experience in a similar position.
-Excellent bilingualism (oral and written).
-Expert in MS Office tools.
-Excellent analytical skills, capacity summary, and rigorous methodology.
-Knowledge of a transportation and logistics field is an asset.
