PLUSIEURS POSTES DISPONIBLES POUR LA SAISON DES REER
Fournir en temps opportun un service de qualité aux clients, aux producteurs et aux services externes des placements individuels, y compris les produits d'assurance, d'épargne et de versement de revenu, les rentes et les fonds communs de placement, ce qui comprend les tâches suivantes : établissement des contrats, traitement des placements, modifications, retraits, réinvestissements, transferts, versements et réponses aux demandes de renseignements.
* Assurer l’administration de tous les produits individuels d‘épargne et de retraite, y compris les REER, les FERR et les FRV.
* Voir à ce que toutes les opérations financières et non financières relatives aux comptes des clients soient traitées en temps opportun, conformément aux normes du service et de l’industrie ainsi qu’aux normes d’application de la réglementation.
* Assurer l’intégrité de l’actif des clients et tenir à jour les renseignements sur les clients conformément à toutes les exigences juridiques et réglementaires.
* Maintenir une connaissance spécialisée des produits agréés et non agréés (FERR, REER, FRV, CRI, etc.).
* Valider les opérations pour s’assurer que les normes de qualité et d’exactitude sont respectées. Traiter tous rajustements ou corrections nécessaires en tenant compte des répercussions financières possibles (fiscalité, commissions).
* Prendre en charge les demandes des clients et fournir de l’information et des recommandations en réponse aux demandes de renseignements sur les polices.
* Aider ses coéquipiers à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle en mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration continue et travailler en collaboration avec le CSC afin de répondre aux besoins des clients qui ont fait l’objet d’un transfert.
* Donner suite aux demandes de renseignements ou de services des clients afin d’atteindre notre objectif de satisfaction totale de la clientèle.
* Améliorer constamment sa connaissance des produits, des systèmes informatiques et de l’industrie afin de maintenir et de rehausser le niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
* Identifier et signaler les lacunes, et appliquer des contrôles financiers et opérationnels destinés à atténuer les risques. Voir à ce que les exigences réglementaires et les principes directeurs internes soient respectés.
EXIGENCES
* Diplôme d‘études collégiales en administration.
* 2 ou 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine des services à la clientèle.
* Titre d’ASC de LOMA, un atout.
* Bonne connaissance des exigences financières, juridiques et fiscales touchant les produits de placements individuels.
* Connaissance de logiciels, y compris la série Microsoft Office.
* Souci du détail.
* Bilingue, français parlé et écrit.
----------------------- VARIOUS POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR RSP SEASON
To provide timely, quality service to Retail Investment products including, Insurance savings, Insurance payout, Annuity and Mutual Fund customers, producers and field personnel. This includes issuing contracts, processing investments, changes, withdrawals, reinvestments, transfers, payments and responding to inquiries.
* Administers all Individual Savings and Retirements products, including RRSP, RRIF, LIF;
* Ensures all financial and non-financial transactions with respect to client accounts are processed in a timely manner according to service, industry and regulatory standards.
* Ensures integrity of client holdings and maintains client information in accordance with all legal & regulatory requirements.
* Maintains specific knowledge regarding Non-Registered and Registered Products (RRIFs, RRSPs, LIFs, LIRAs etc)..
* Validate transactions to ensure that quality and accuracy standards are met. Process any adjustments or corrections where applicable by keeping in mind the potential financial impacts (taxation, commission).
* Takes ownership of customer requests and provides information and recommendations on policy related inquiries.
* Supports other team members in providing quality customer service, with a focus toward continuous improvement and works in partnership with the CSC to respond to clients’ needs that necessitated a “hand-off”.
* Responds to client queries and requests in order to achieve our objective of Total Customer Satisfaction.
* Continually enhances product, system and industry knowledge in order to maintain and improve our level of customer satisfaction.
* Identify and report weaknesses, and apply financial and operational controls to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
* College Education in Administration
* 2 to 3 years experience in a customer service environment
* Loma ACS designation an asset
* Good Knowledge of financial and legal and taxation requirements relating to retail investment products.
* PC expertise including Microsoft Office Suite
* Attention to details
* Bilingual, English and French, written and spoken
