Technomedia situé au centre-ville au métro Peel recherche deux (2) Concepteurs Multimédia en matériel de formation bilingue pour travailler sur des projets internationaux et d'envergure diversifiée et stimulante. Il devra être en mesure de nous démontrer ses forces et ses motivations de rédacteur technique dans un environnement informatique.

Ce poste est sous la supervision d'un gestionnaire de projets et vous travaillerez de près avec les intégrateurs, les clients durant toutes les étapes de développement et de projet.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

Fonctions principales :

- Développer du matériel de formation multimédia sur le logiciel TM SIGAL en gestion des RH et E-learning.Définir
- Conseiller les clients sur les stratégies pédagogiques dans le cadre d'utilisation de technologies pour l'apprentissage et la formation.
- Analyser les contenus et spécificités du client.
- Concevoir et scénariser des cours en ligne en étroite collaboration avec des experts de contenu et des intégrateurs multimédia.
- Analyse des besoins avec les clients et diffusion de la formation du formateur ( train the trainer ou direct)

EXIGENCES:

• Expérience pertinente en formation aux adultes, idéalement en entreprise
• Expérience en conception et scénarisation multimédia de matériel de formation pour des utilisateurs de logiciels
• Expérience en rédaction technique
• Excellente connaissance du français écrit
• Bilingue (français - anglais)

Spécialisations techniques:

Essentielle : Connaissances en design multimédia, rédaction professionnelle ou en sciences de l’éducation
Essentielle : Utilisation de logiciels de traitement de texte et de présentation.
Atout : Utilisation de logiciels de production de documents de formation ou de sites web.
Atout : Utilisation d’application Web en gestion de ressources humaines
Atout : Travail de production dans le domaine NTF

RESPONSABILITIES

Main functions:

Develop multimedia training on the TM SIGAL software in HR and E-learning management materials. Define and advise clients on the educational use of technologies for learning and training policies. Analyze the content and specificities of the client. Design the online courses in close collaboration with experts of content and multimedia system integrators.

Ad hoc functions:

Analyze the needs with customers and dissemination of train the trainer (trains the trainer or direct)

REQUIREMENTS

• Good experience in teaching or training to adults, ideally in company.
• Experience related to training documents design and technical writing.
• Excellent knowledge of written French and English
• Bilingual (French-English)
• Work of production in the field of the NTF.
• Knowledge of word processing software and presentation
•Knowledge of production software /training documentation and training Web sites (asset).
