Field Technician

Are you a road warrior? Do you enjoy travel as a part of your career? Our client develops leading-edge software products for an international clientele. They provide their team members with an environment of creativity, innovation and learning. As a member of this team the Field Technician will be the key on-site client contact during the final installation, testing and go-live period for the product. This individual will frequently travel (up to 70%) to client sites in order to ensure the optimal usage of their product.

You bring the following:
- Solid experience with Windows, networking, drivers, security, trouble-shooting, hardware etc.
- Experience in configuring/trouble-shooting of LAN/WANs, IP addressing, domains, subnets etc.

You are:
-Able to travel on a regular basis both within North America and Internationally
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are comfortable working both independently and within a team
-You have a valid driver’s license

- Connaissance de configuration et résolution de problèmes sur LAN/WAN, IP, etc.
- Disponibilité à voyager régulièrement en Amérique du nord et parfois a l’étranger.
- Vous communiquez très bien en anglais - oral et écrit
- Vous êtes a l’aise autant seule qu’en équipe
- Vous possédez un permit de conduire valide
