The People Bank Halifax Office is currently recruiting for our client in Charlottetown, PEI who is seeking Student Loans Representatives. This is an upcoming temporary opportunity for September, 2009.

Responsibilities:

•Provide professional support to customers by assisting students with completing their Student Loan Forms

•Review Student Loan Forms to ensure accurate and complete information

•Prepare loan documents

•Provide daily report of student loan volume

•Demonstrate responsibility and flexibility in all job duties

Requirements:

•Must pass a personal enhanced security clearance as candidates will be working with confidential government documents

•Credit Check

•Criminal Check

•Public Safety Database Check

•Previous experience in a customer service role (ideally face-to-face customer service)

•Must be detail oriented and analytical

•Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:

$11.00/hour
