Job Description:
This opportunity requires providing outstanding customer service while assessing customer needs, answering customer questions, trouble shooting and solving customer problems in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated employment experience in a customer service role, possess strong communication skills, have good working knowledge of fundamental computer applications, previous work experience in a call centre environment would be considered to be an asset.

Additional requirements include having a positive and a professional attitude. This role also requires the flexibility to work various different shifts. Candidates must be willing to undergo a credit and criminal background check.

Salary:
$11/hour
