Accounts Receivable Associate (#5651)

We are currently seeking an Account Receivable Associate for our client, a prominent organization within the retail industry located in Etobicoke. This is a permanent role offering a salary of $30-35K.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable duties. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: ensuring accurate and timely inputting of vendor information, providing support on vendor issues, reconciliations, processing vendor billings, assisting with the collection of vendor receivables, updating the vendor system while maintaining and building strong vendor relationships. You will also be providing assistance to the accounts payable associates as needed.


-2 weeks vacation
-Full benefits plan and RRSP contributions beginning immediately


The ideal candidate will have between 1-2 years experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable role as well as great communication and customer service skills. Must have strong leadership abilities and advanced computer skills. APPAREL RETAIL industry experience is a must.
