Are you someone who enjoys being at the leading edge of technological advancement and is fascinated by Identity and Access Management? We are looking for a new team member to join the delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying and supporting the IAM solution from SailPoint for clients. You will work remotely, and your self-motivated attitude and desire to stay up to date with new technologies will be essential in this role.


What You Will Do:
- Provide professional integration services for the design, configuration, deployment, and support of SailPoint solutions for clients
- Review and assess client’s current processes and systems as they relate to their identity and access management controls and policies.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis to solve identity and access management requirements including governance and compliance.
- Share identity and access management expertise and advice with clients and act as a trusted advisor to solidify successful, long-term relationships.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Implement custom integrations and components using Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
- Stay current on IAM market-related trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Understand the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
- Create and maintain straightforward and accurate documentation.
- Work with technology partners to understand their solution offering.

- Implementation experience with SailPoint IIQ and/or Identity Now.

- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology or concepts quickly.

- Positive attitude towards challenges and new technologies.
- Authorized to work and reside in Canada.

Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience as an IAM developer with SailPoint technologies
- Experience with Single Sign-On and Federation using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication requirements, solution offerings, and protocols
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Unit testing, deployments, source control, and system monitoring

Nice to Have:
- Cloud providers (AWS, Azure and GCP)
- DevOps (Ansible or Kubernetes or Docker)
