Our client is looking for a skilled Financial Analyst with expertise in manufacturing operations to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the manufacturing sector.




Responsibilities:



- Conduct detailed financial analysis of manufacturing operations, including variance analysis, margin analysis, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Analyze manufacturing processes and cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and process optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends
- Assist in the development and evaluation of capital expenditure proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets
- Provide financial support for decision-making processes related to product pricing, production scheduling, and inventory management
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement analysis




Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting principles, and inventory management
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement
