Reporting directly to the Director of Fundraising Integration, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our organization's data assets. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing our fundraising capabilities and supporting the Foundation's mission.


Responsibilities:


Data Management Expertise:
- Lead initiatives to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and uphold data quality standards.
- Oversee data entry projects and implement standards for various user groups.
- Manage confidential information related to stakeholders, donors, and partners.
- Support data quality management tasks and provide assistance to data owners.

Strategic Data Analysis:
- Develop tactics to collect, store, and leverage data to achieve strategic objectives.
- Analyze constituent data to inform marketing and fundraising strategies.
- Enhance the integrity of constituent data to optimize campaign ROI.
- Assist in creating data requirements for campaigns and reports.

Special Project Management:
- Provide insights to leadership on policy and process content.
- Support special projects, including annual giving initiatives.
- Uphold organizational values and serve as a role model for colleagues.
- Stay informed about digital fundraising best practices and trends.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree or diploma in data science or related field.
- Experience in data quality management within fundraising or non-profit organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with data profiling tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles.
