This is a hybrid position in Vancouver. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role. You will work onsite (5x a week) during your probation period, and will switch to a hybrid model after that.

 

 

This is a completely new position with a public sector organization that is supporting affordable housing and economic development in BC. In this role, you would get involved from the early stages of their ERP and HCM implementations and support the process from end-to-end.

 

 

This company is implementing UKG and Oracle NetSuite, and previous experience with these would be helpful, but is not required.

  

 

What you will do and how you will make an impact …

 

 

[-] You will support the implementation of the new HCM and ERP systems and will gather requirements from internal stakeholders and ensure that KPIs and other requirements are being met. You will regularly translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

[-] You will collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to create and maintain workflows. Previous experience writing SQL queries will be very helpful.

 

 

[-] You will troubleshoot the systems and provide user training. You will create documentation and ‘how to’ guides for users.

 

 

[-] You will create reports using Power BI and present your insights about performance to leadership.
