Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales Analysts, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all administrative, analytical and support functions of the team are operating effectively to meet the strategic objectives of the team and Bonduelle corporate objectives. The Analyst is a key member of the business team and will work closely with other team members. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, analytical, a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment. THE ROLE:
- Develop sales reports and perform analysis. Track sales against forecasts, highlight variances to the sales team;
- Manage customer pricing (customer price lists, cost sheets);
- Coordinate and track customer quotes and agreements;
- Manage notifications to customers, sales team and customer service;
- Maintain product catalog portal, create product portfolios for customers;
- Manage and oversee the placement of new items for food service in HOOP, ensuring timely delivery to the shelf and meeting customer expectations;
- Support the sales team (SKU rationalization, product lists, inquiries, complaints, certificate requests, product data, etc;
- Monitor daily/weekly service levels and manage relevant resulting communications to customers, brokers, sales team;
- Collaborate with the Replenishment and Planning team to ensure and improve forecast accuracy;
- Assist in preparing presentations for quarterly or annual customer reviews;
- Support reconciliation of deductions and work to resolve discrepancies;
- If necessary, attend meetings with account managers to provide support as needed;
- Liaise with brokers: promotional materials, offers, product updates.
- Ideally 3 years experience in a similar position;
- University degree or college diploma;
- Minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry;
- Minimum 1 year experience with customer data portals (GS1, Merx);
- Excellent computer, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingualism (French - English) mandatory;
- Strong command of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Ability to liaise with clients, partners and all levels of the organization;
- Ability to work independently.
