ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER
The Top Level Associate is responsible for efficiently managing a team to effectively drive sales and maintain a positive work environment.
1-3 years experience in a retail environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to provide feedback and direction to sales advisors
An understanding of sales reports and KPI’s an asset
(Includes but are not limited to:)
Responsible for store results achieved through their team to drive sales, while considering inside and outside influences
Understands the key brand objectives (KPI’s) and how these link to drive sales
Provides feedback to the management team to drive improvements
Analyzes best seller information, product packages and replenishment directives to effectively drive the business
Establish and build relationship with back of house teams to ensure current/existing merchandise is placed on the floor in timely manner, and appropriate size ranges are available.
Driven by customer expectations and makes sure the team is focused on customer needs at all times.
Understands the brand identity and customer profile, and uses this to drive service initiatives to the team.
Encourages and motivates the team to deliver the best possible service levels in all areas of the store.
Uses reward and recognition techniques to drive positive service at all times.
Delegates tasks effectively with consistent review and follow up
Demonstrates a fair, and supportive coaching technique to all team members
Generates loyalty and commitment consistently and equally to each team member
Reviews performance and provides feedback based on the Standards of Conduct and Competencies.
Displays a solid understanding of all stock loss and security procedures while ensuring the team is working according to these standards on a consistent basis
Highlights potential stock loss issues to the management team while suggesting strategies for improvement
Exhibits a concrete understanding of all Health & Safety procedures, and takes the necessary steps to implement them within the team.
Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
Attends and supports all store meetings
Maintains a professional and productive work environment
Adheres to Company Code of Business Conduct and demonstrates professionalism at all times
