    Role Mandate:

    The Customer Experience Coordinator is a primary point of contact with customers and must handle all calls and/or emails in an efficient and enthusiastic manner, with understanding and compassion for the customer’s situation. Each point of contact a customer or potential customer has with Kleinfeld Hudson’s Bay should be met with the highest level of service excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    - Maintains front line communication with the customer
    - Quickly grasps details, facts or concerns shared by the bride or her family and creates a personal connection with the bride to provide outstanding service and problem resolution
    - Works proactively with production, receiving, consultants and alteration to ensure timely delivery while demonstrating excellent knowledge of all departments
    - Highly responsive to enquiries or customer concerns by phone or e-mail

    - Schedules all first fitting appointments
    - Records all customer interactions in Bridal Live and runs reports relating to customer appointments and other activities

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    - Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service excellence
    - Strong interpersonal and communications skills with excellent phone voice and telephone etiquette
    - Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize

    - Fanatical attention to details

    - Patient, calm disposition and proficient at resolving issues
    - Excellent follow up skills
    - Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
    - Prior customer service experience highly recommended
    - Flexible to work any/all business hours and beyond to ensure quick response
    - Ability and willingness to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly grasp systems and software
