    Schedule: Candidates must be fully available and Flexible between 7am and 9pm from Monday to Friday, and between 7am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday

    Location: 129 St. Jacques W., Montreal

    Associate, Online Banking - ENGLISH (bilingual)

    KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    A. Business Delivery:
    Respond in a timely and accurate manner to English emails received via the secured and unsecured Internet email site as well as providing technical support. Provide prompt, efficient and professional service in response to customer correspondence through the e-mail, and telephone, medium. Liaise with other C&RPS units, Marketing, Direct Banking, branches and Symcor, as well as other departments to obtain information relative to the resolution of inquiries in order to provide quick response to inquiries and a high level of customer service.

    B. Other:
    Pro-actively promotes Bank products and services through e-mail responses based on customer needs, by utilizing sales techniques in order to meet C&RPS sales objectives, with a focus on business retention and business building.
    Interpret Bank and C&RPS policies and procedures accurately while keeping abreast of all changes and updates.
    Identify and escalate to management any situations or trends which may result in a financial exposure/ loss to the bank.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    a) Knowledge:
    REQUIRED: strong knowledge of English language
    Experience or diploma in translation is an asset
    Bachelor degree completion is an asset
    Customer service techniques
    All Bank products and services (in-depth)
    All C&RPS products and services (in-depth)
    C&RPS policies and procedures
    Knowledge of writing techniques (in-depth)
    Knowledge of Bank policies related to customer correspondence
    Knowledge of C&RPS procedures related to customer correspondence
    Understanding of the inter-departmental dispute resolution process

    b) Skills:
