We are currently looking for a:
Visual Trend Specialist

Reporting to the Manager - Visual Presentation Garage, the Visual Trend Specialist is responsible for assisting in the conceptualization and execution of window campaigns, creation of visual directives and overall aesthetic appeal of both in-store and window environment Creative Services Team Leader, Dynamite, the Junior Graphic Designer creates innovative marketing designs that are completely aligned and supportive of banner specific brand imaging.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Creates and designs brand aligned window and in-store setups, props and mood boards for seasonal campaigns that enhance the store environment;
•Prepares appropriate campaign directives for the execution of all concepts, applicable to the in-store and window display at store level;
•Plans, coordinates and implements final execution of the campaign at store-level for all concepts;
•Creates seasonal concept boards and illustrations for key programs and or promotions;
•Ensures the creative flow of brand aligned ideas and concepts, through research and continuous trend watching each season;
•Based on visual needs, ensures the ordering of all props, special decors and ongoing research of props, trends;
•Ensures that all visual touch points are infused with creativity;

Qualifications and competencies:
•College level degree in Set Design-Interior Design–Visual Merchandising–Fashion Marketing
•Minimum 2 years experience in a retail environment with visual merchandising experience in a Head Office setting.
•Experience in inventory & budget management would be an asset.
•Established contacts related to props and displays also an asset.
•Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
•Proven ability to translate creativity to commercially viable visual strategies.
•Strong fashion sense and visual skills.
•Creative, with the ability to generate new and fresh ideas
•Analytical thinker and problem solver.
•Self-motivated, open-minded, autonomous and enjoy working in a team environment.
•Detail oriented;
•Innovative;
•Available to travel;
•Bilingual: English and French
