DESCRIPTION

  • • Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders.
    • Participates in the work load planning and schedules.
    • Prepares quotations, purchase orders and demands for other material resources.
    • Manages inventory, maintenances and specialized recommendations
    • Proceeds with purchases of material maintained in inventory for the shop.
    • Proceeds purchase order requisitions in the computer system.
    • Identifies all parts, accessories and equipment stored and places them in their respective section.

    Job Qualifications :
    • Diploma of Vocational or College Studies in mechanic combined with 3 years experience in a heavy equipment shop
    • Experience in maintaining an inventory and in customer service
    • Written and spoken communication skills in French and English
    • Knowledge of MS Office software
    • Organizational, planning and follow-up skills
    • Analytical
    • Judgment
    • Autonomous
