• Supports business objectives by scheduling drivers, follow the order taking and shipping processes, allocation of the drivers of resources, monitoring of the use of equipment, planning of next-day shipping activities and monitoring of work results.
• Receive and enter orders into the system, expedite drivers and monitor the availability of the equipment.
• Optimize the drivers' resources and performance by working directly with drivers and chauffeur service providers on issues ( Working time, providing drivers, resolution of problems, check the working hours etc.)
• Coordinate the efficient distribution of foreign travel, assist with associated service inquiries and ensure that customer requirements are met for new and existing accounts.
