  • DUTIES
    Participate in the analysis of internal and external customers training needs and give the technical training courses, related to the heavy equipment division
    Prepare and write material needed for the technical training
    Carry out the correspondance with the customers
    Establish and coordinate the training calendar and schedule
    Write theoretical and practical evaluation tests and evaluate participants
    Participate in the development of the apprentice training program

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Diploma of Vocational Studies in Heavy Equipment Mechanic combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance
    Experience in training, an asset
    Written and spoken communication skills in both languages
    Knowledge of MS Office software and computer systems
    Organizational, planning and follow-up skills
    Availability to travel at irregular hours and days to local, national or international destinations
