Aerotek (http://www.aerotek.com) is the largest privately held recruitment firm in the field of engineering and manufacturing in North America. We are currently looking for a "Systems and Controls Programmer" with the following qualifications for a leading renewable energy company:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for PLC programming
- Write technical documentation related to PLC programming
- Choose the different electrical components for PLC
- Assist in plants design and various special projects,
- Support the electrical design for various tasks related to projects,
- Support factory testing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- DEC or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (in instrumentation and controls),
- At least 2 years in PLC programming and instrumentation and control,
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI
- Experience in PLC programming
- Bilingual French and English
- Valid Passport
- Knowledge of process equipment, pressure transmitter, temperature control loop PID control, motor control by VFD
- Knowledge in MS Office, MS Project
- Experience in the field of Energy would be an asset
TRAVELLING REQUIREMENTS :
- Travel for periods of 1 to 3 weeks, and 3 to 4 times a year.
- Destination usual in North America and Asia (
