    The Team Lead - Customer Service offers unparalleled assistance to our clients with a wide range of requests. He has the responsibility to establish and maintain strong relations with our customers by providing a professional and courteous service. He is a team player and a leader with is colleagues.

    Main responsibilities:

    - Act as a leader to the team to provide effective solutions and help the Manager to resolve problems in the department;
    - Communicate with customers by phone, email and chat to provide information and/or technical assistance in response to inquiries about accounts, website, prices/points, existing products and/or product discontinuance as well as shipping instructions;
    - Investigate and resolve customer complaints, special orders or returns;
    - Refer complaints of service or product failure to appropriate departments for further investigation in order to take appropriate corrective action;
    - May perform other clerical duties such as letters, printing, filing, folding, etc.
    - Must be bilingual (French and English).

    Work Schedule:

    This position requires availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on rotation.
