  • - Manage customer communications, including phone calls and emails. Manage follow-up sales communications, assisted with automated processes.
    -Respond to customer information needs and first level issues/complaints and communicate with field personnel regarding these issues.
    -Assign service appointments and schedule meetings for field personnel.
    -Schedule installation appointments, create installation contracts and process related paperwork.
    -Outbound calling for sales and customer service.
    -Submit weekly reports.
