    Participate in establishing national sales strategies ;
    Responsible for the growth of key discount accounts including dollar stores;
    Target new sales accounts using business development strategies;
    Increase sales and company exposure in the market place;
    Identify new products opportunities and share the information with internal departments (sales, warehousing, buying, product development, etc.);
    Work closely with product managers on forecasts;
    Prepare and launch strategies for new items;
    Plan and execute seasonal promotions;
    Plan, implement and lead annual sales meetings;
    Support and provide leadership to all sales agents and retail sales representatives;
    Meet regularly with agents, retail sales representative and clients;
    Assist retail sales representative with budgets and general sales support;
    Maintain retail price lists;
    Participate to different trade shows;

    DEC or Bachelor degree;
    7 to 10 years in sales;
    3 to 5 years in a position with a national scope;
    Bilingual (French & English);
    Former record of success in a Retail sales environment
    Established relationships in the industry;
    Ability to manage priorities;
    Excellent communicator and strong negotiation skills;
    Strong problem solving skills;
    Microsoft Office
    Available to travel regularly (10-15% of the time, across Canada);
