    The loyalty mobility department receive calls from customers who request to cancel their services. The agent must, on each call, propose solutions to the client in order to retain their business.

    Our representatives:

    Respond to the customer with courtesy and professionalism;
    Listen to the customer to understand the request and identify the needs for products and services;
    Solve the clients request.problems;
    Provide all the necessary explanations to the client until he/she fully satisfied;
    Offer the customer additional products/services that correspond to his needs;
    Everything must be done in accordance with operational procedures and quality;
    Each call must be treated in a confidential manner with accuracy, courtesy and efficiency;
    Maintain a certain level of overall performance according to the objectives set by the company.
    Qualifications and Position Requirements:

    High school Diploma (completed) or equivalent;
    Pronounced skills for sales and customer service;
    Ease with new technologies;
    Fast typer on computer keyboard;
    Talent for communication ;
    Must be bilingual.
    We are offering:

    Total hourly compensation starts at $16,00;
    Incentive plans between 5-7% of base salary;
    Company-paid training;
    Premiums for bilingualism (English-French) and weekend work;
    All employees are eligible for the benefits plan, including life insurance, long-term medical and dental, accidental and dismemberment, disability;
    Group RRSP;
    Great discounts on telecommunications products and services (30%).
    This position starts on Novembre 7 with a paid full time training.
