Training program included to obtain the Accident & Sickness certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marches financier: We will provide you with the tools, training and support you need, including assistance in successfully completing the Accident and Sickness certificate.
What is the opportunity?
As a Travel Insurance agent, you will be helping clients over the phone receiving incoming calls and provide complete Travel insurance advice, solutions and spot potential sales opportunities. Whether the client is planning a business trip or travelling as a snowbird, as a student travelling abroad or for family vacation etc. Clients would surely like to be protected from uncertainties during their trip. In this role, you will add value by deepening your relationship with the clients, analyze their needs, and gain their trust to be able to come up with a complete solution that suits best their needs of Insurance. You will be providing coverage that suits the customer’s needs by offering travel packages for medical emergency, trip cancellation and interruption, Loss/damage of baggage and personal effects, baggage delays, Flight and travel accident coverage. Sometimes the client himself is not aware of a gap or a need of insurance, in his situation, it will be your responsibility to identify these sales opportunities or refer the client to our partner.
What will you do?Provides a superior client experience, creating clients as advocates by listening and connecting with clients through discovery discussions and providing insurance solutionsDeliver a “trusted advisor” approach in client conversations using effective client discovery to identify client needsMaximize opportunity spotting with all clients to increase effective client referrals to RBC Insurance Partners, improve sales results and contribute to a superior client experience.Demonstrates commitment to first call resolution by taking ownership & accountability of client problems and ensuring the escalation process is followedEnsure quality of call standards are met and maintained
What do you need to succeed?
Must-haveComplete fluency in both French and EnglishExcellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver fast and efficient serviceProfessional customer service skills and a talent for listening, establishing rapport, finding the right solution for clients and meeting sales objectivesA committed willingness and understanding of the expectation to work flexible shifts, as our Centre is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm and Saturday /Sunday 9:00am to 6:00pm in order to better help our clients
