Reporting to the National Sales Director, the inside sales representative will be responsible to contact customer and potential customer with the intent of promoting and selling services while providing the best customer service possible. The Inside sales representative is a key member of the Sales team, working collaboratively with our customer service team.
• Maintain and develop proactively sales opportunities and marketing campaigns.
• Provide ‘’top of the line’’ customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Provide accurate product information when guiding our customers in their purchases
• Negotiate offers with potential customer, close the sales and track the results.
• Process and complete the accurate and timely set-up of specific programs
• Consistently meet assigned monthly sales targets
• Stay current on new agreements, policies and procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior experience in sales and customer service (3 yrs. min)
• Attention to details
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and written skills (both English and French)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
