In this position you will be receiving incoming calls from small to medium sized businesses and provide superior customer service in response to orders or inquiries regarding the company’s products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls from our customers regarding their orders or requests for information on the company’s products.
Provide delivery and order status to customers.
Provide product recommendations, pricing and item availability information.
Follow up on customer requests.
Inspect and clean frames,
Previous experience in a call center
Must be fully bilingual – (French and Strong English)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Must have computer knowledge
Number of hours per week: 40
Shift 9:30am to 6:00pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm
