    Growing company looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

    Description:

    Position: Customer Service Representative
    Location: Montreal
    Salary: Based on experience

    Main Responsibilities:

    - Responding to customer’s inquiries via telephone and email
    - Providing responses related to product, delivery times, delays etc.
    - Process orders ( order entry) and review open order reports
    - Working closely with Production, Shipping and Sales Departments to ensure availability of the product

    Professional requirements:

    - Excellent customer service skills and good telephone manners
    - Excellent English and French communication skills – Spanish is an asset
    - Good knowledge of computers
    - 1-2 years of experience in customer service
    - Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to multitask
