    Bouclair x studio

    Reporting to the Store Leader, you will lead the Vibe Stylists in the service experience team to provide an exemplary and total shopping ritual to each customer. You will inspire and enable people to discover their own vibe.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Maximize brand growth and store profitability by leading the team to achieve sales targets, goals and service standards;
    Actively engage customers in all interactions, proactively meet any and all customer expectations in alignment with our service standards;
    Work in close collaboration with Inventory Leader to ensure optimal merchandising and product availability;
    Train and develop all Vibe Stylists in all aspects of the role (sales, customer experience clientelling, POS transactions, product knowledge);
    Demonstrate leadership competencies as a key member of the store management team.


    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

    3 to 5 years’ retail management experience in customer service including direct supervisory experience;
    Proven track record of engaging customers in all interactions;
    Proven people development skills and ability to access talent;
    Leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
    College diploma or equivalent;
    Excellent communications skills /Bilingual (French/English), written and spoken;
    Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week, must be available day, evening and weekends;
    Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool, bend, stretch, push; pull and carry items.
