    If you have customer service or sales experience in any other field, you can be sure to start your new job with confidence thanks to our training program and integration that is adapted to your role.     Your schedule?
    You are looking to work full time? We assure you 37.5h per week. Schedule will vary between 6 am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.
    Evenings and weekends premium rates applicable!

    Your main challenges
    • Establish a personal rapport with callers and answer their questions to their satisfaction
    • Anticipate clients' needs and suggest suitable financial products and services
    • Refer clients to the appropriate Bank employees, based on the needs identified
    • Help clients use the Bank's technological tools
    • Meet call and sales targets
    • Offer a superior client experience when handling client complaints

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma
    • At least six months of experience in sales or customer service
    • Interest in working in a call centre environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
    • Experience handling customer complaints.
