    Capital One is looking for dynamic, energetic and confident Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our stellar team. As an Inbound Customer Service Rep, you would be providing high-end service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responding with a sense of urgency to customer inquiries, and take personal responsibility to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service while using our industry leading products.

    Hours of Operation:

    Monday to Friday 730AM to Midnight, Saturday 8AM to 9PM, Sunday 8AM to 8PM

    General Responsibilities:

    Respond to general servicing inquiries from Capital One customers
    Exercise problem solving skills and promote card benefits on retention efforts
    Update customer and account information as needed
    Interact with various Capital One departments to resolve customer inquiries
    Provide continuous improvement recommendations to Capital One based on customer feedback, observations and trends

    Basic Qualifications:

    High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
    At least 6 months of customer service experience
    Fluent in English and French, written and oral

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1+ years customer service experience
    1+ years of call center experience
