    As a back office representative, your primary role is to provide support for orders processing related to products and services represented.


    Responsibilities:

    Analyze and process client requests
    Monitor order status and ensure service is delivered to committed due dates
    Coordinate delivery of various services and negotiate due dates with external suppliers
    Pay attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and data entry


    The ideal candidate should:

    Speak English end French (read 75%, 25% speak/write)
    Are able to manage multiple tools and applications simultaneously and prioritize workloads
    Have the ability to work in a computerized and constantly changing environment
