The territory manager mission is to exceed sales target by developing customer opportunities within his assigned territory with new and existing clients.
The successful candidates will be responsible of tailoring and maintaining maintenance & service agreements with end users, supervisors and also at higher level of management.
Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B in industrial, institutional or commercial markets
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outside business development role
Able to perform basic equipment installation & maintenance
Profile of candidates:
Eager autodidact & achiever
Autonomous with excellent time management skills and work ethics
Accomplish user with tablets (IPAD or ANDROID), smartphones, Outlook, PDF Expert, Word & Excel.
Bilingual (French and English)
Interest in water treatment of boilers, cooling tower and closed loop system
Excellent prospecting skills
Other experiences considered as solid assets:
Diploma or knowledge in chemistry
General maintenance and sanitation
Drain and plumbing maintenance
Establish network of contacts among decision makers for maintenance & purchasing within these sectors:
1. Food & food transformation
2. Raw material transformation like plastic, metals and wood
3. Public organisation – municipal, provincial and federal
4. Commercial real estate management

Competitive base salary + commission + incentives
First year potential revenues of $70 000 to $80 000
