    Your team:

    You will report to the Director of Human Resources & Office Services and interact with all LRI departments towards attaining organizational and departmental objectives. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to manage and lead a dynamic recruitment team.


    Your day to day:

    •Establish and implement proactive strategies and effective processes for acquiring talent to support the company’s growth;
    •Implement and support online recruitment strategies and social media plans to increase LRI’s visibility within communities of specialized talent;
    •Provide advice to the management team with respect to the creation of new roles, recruitment process, and employee selection;
    •Coach and mentor a recruitment team to ensure that all staffing requirements are met in a timely manner;
    •Create KPI’s and objectives for the recruitment department as well as oversee recruitment spending;
    •Responsible for sourcing and screening all mid to senior level positions;
    •Collect and analyze competitive information to maximize competitive advantage;
    •Participate in career fairs and build networks using social media.


    What you’ve gained:

    •Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Psychology;
    •Passion for luxury products and travel;
    •8-10 + years experience recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to management positions;
    •At least 3-5 years of management experience; agency experience (strong asset);
    •Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (required);
    •Outstanding interpersonal skills and a detail oriented team player spirit;
    •Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
