    Ability to use scripting tools.
    Ability to setup and maintain test environments.
    Strong XML and SQL skills.
    Knowledge of database administration for SQL Server and Oracle.
    Familiarity with source control systems.
    Ability to create and execute manual and programmatic test strategies based on technology.
    Ability to automate manual testing to enhance productivity. User Interface automation is an asset.
    Understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process.
    Proven analytic skills and highly developed communication skills.




    BS/BA degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
    Must be conversational in both French and English
    Team oriented, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through.
    Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
    Deep understanding of test methodologies.
    In depth experience creating test strategies and test plans.
    Independently decompose requirements, gather supporting information and decompose into a library of test scenarios.
    Independently, through manual and automated testing, executes test strategies and plans.
    Results oriented, leading a team through a variety of test approaches and qualification cycles.
    Experience testing under a variety of technologies.
    Initiative to learn new technologies, products and applications.
