QA Project and Development Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Within the quality department and reporting to the Director Quality and Continues Improvement, the Assurance Quality Manager (RAQ) LJ85 guarantees to its hierarchy and customer that the solutions provided are in accordance with the commitments and that the implemented processes respect the contractual requirements of the company and applicable regulations.

MAIN DUTIES:
• Makes sure that the quality system is relevant to the project specificities,
• Makes sure that the tasks are executed with respect to the requirements by supervising and validating the resulting practices and products,
• Formally approve the configuration elements and the product conformity,
• Participate in the prevention and the resolution of complaints and nonconformities,
• Report to the person in charge (project, system and software) and to its hierarchy any potential risks susceptible to impact the commitments or the satisfaction of the customer at any time during the life of the development

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Electronics engineer or IT, specialization in aerospace
• 5 - 10 years minimum of experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience in project management, the development of systems and software and quality
• Bilingualism English / French
• Good capacity of analysis and synthesis
• Strong communication
• Discipline in the working methodology
• Capacity for teamwork.
