    Notre partenaire d'affaire dans la région de Boucherville est à la recherche d'un(e) adjoint(e) executive pour un poste permanent. Le salaire est entre 45k à 50k par année, l'horaire de travail est de 8h30 à 5h donc 40 heures semaines.

    Tâches:

    - Planifier et préparer les rencontres de direction
    - Gestions des événements corporatifs
    - Coordoner l'agenda du président
    - Organisation des déplacements du président
    - Réservation d'hotel, billets d'avion
    - Assister le président dans divers tâches administrative
    - Faire la traduction, traduction ou transcription de divers documents
    - Autres tâches connexes


    - Avantages sociaux complets après 6 mois
    - 3 semaines de vacances après 1 ans
    - Salaire de 45k à 50k

    - Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste connexe
    - BAC en administration
    - Parfaitement bilingue
