Poste : Réceptionniste de bureau
Lieu : Ville St-Laurent
Salaire : $30K + avantages sociaux
Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h
Responsabilités :
- Réception des appels
- Gestion du courrier entrant et sortant (promotion marketing, carte de noël, invitations?)
- Préparer la facturation et jumeler avec les bons de commandes
- Gestion des fax, photocopies et cartable de dessin
- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant leurs factures
- Soutien administratif général (Rédaction, saisie de données, classement?)
Exigences requises :
- Bilinguisme à l'oral
- Posséder une expérience d'environ 1 an dans un poste similaire
- Habileté informatique de la suite MS Office
