About the Opportunities

IAMGOLD is looking for two experienced Oracle Application Analysts to join their dedicated team in Longueuil, Québec (Just 20 minutes outside of Montreal).

One position will have a financial focus while the second will require HRMS/OTL experience.

The main focus of these roles will be to support users of the Oracle application. You will be actively involved in the implementation and functional improvement of the GL, AP, FA, PA modules, with the help of the team in place and external consultants

Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

* Developing organizational and application knowledge;
* Working with external consultants to identify processes to be implemented;
* Training and supporting Canadian and International users;
* Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the Oracle application (GL, AP, FA, PA OR HRMS / OTL ) as well as of business processes;
* Identifying and recording needs and recommending solutions;
* Working closely with users, helping them to understand the application’s functions and procedures;
* Updating analysis and specification documents in accordance with standards;
* Receiving, analyzing and recording change requests and performing follow-up and quality control;and
* Maintaining and developing test scenarios to validate changes.

To be considered for these positions you must be bilingual, French and English. You must also be willing and able to travel throughout Québec and offshore as necessary.

Candidates applying for the HRMS/OTL role must have:

* Experience in the Oracle eBusiness Suite (Oracle Applications): HRMS / OTL
* Knowledge of the maintenance module of Oracle eBusiness Suite (Oracle Applications): eAM, would be an asset

Candidates applying for the Finance role must have:

* Experience in the Oracle eBusiness Suite (Oracle Applications): General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Project Accounting
* Knowledge of the maintenance module of Oracle eBusiness Suite (Oracle Applications): eAM
* Knowledge of the other Supply Chain modules of the Oracle eBusiness Suite: iProc, OM, WMS, Advanced Planning
