    This includes working together and overseeing the Installation Technicians day-to-day activities which include low-voltage termination of cabling (including soldering); hammer drilling, cable pulling, software configuration and final systems check-out; liaising directly with the client onsite, performing site visits to determine site requirements as assigned by the Installation Supervisor, leading the team and creating effective working relationships with co-workers, assisting the installation team in building integrated A/V solutions at customer sites ensuring systems are installed quickly, efficiently and at the same time upholding quality standards of the company, testing and commission built systems ensuring they meet the company standards. Being bilingual in French and in English will be an asset for this position.

    You will have 2+ years experience as a Lead with experience in installation, service, or a trade’s background, CTS or similar AV industry recognized certifications. AMX, Crestron level 1 & 2 certification is very desirable as is Clearone and Polycom certifications.

    You must be bondable, have a valid class 5 Operators License (3 or less demerits deducted maximum, verified with Driver's extract), able to lift "Heavy" items up to 50lb or more with assistance, and occasional out of town travel will be required.
