Summary of role:
Under general direction and with full autonomy, an excellent knowledge of applicable business processes, business systems, and industry requirements, as well as company vision.
Develop or modify procedures and processes to provide solutions to both complex, and basic requirements, processes, and problems, taking into consideration the form of the desired results.
Will participate in analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper business and functional requirement specifications.
Documenting process flows and use cases. Participating in designing and documenting Test Plans, writing thorough and complete test scripts, and documenting defects, reports, and follow-up.
Ensure successful completion of every assigned project or tasks, and meet the stakeholders objectives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze Business and user needs reported defects, tickets and requests, obtain and document business requirements, product specifications and process specifications.
Manage Client expectations of product features and functionality. Communicate to client's deliverables and related schedules. Work with Clients and development team to achieve most effective solutions. Provide input on product / service development and provide solutions within the (SLA).
Assist in design, control and support QA requirements. Assist in project Test Plans covering SIT, UAT, Pilot, and Post Deployment. For assigned tasks or defects, create test cases for all phases of testing. Implement and maintain test defect tracking and follow-up. Complete defect and documenting defects, reports, and follow-up. Responsible for defect capture and resolution to minimize re-work after deployment.
Requirements:
College or University degree.
IT experience for Technical BA.
Process Engineering.
3-5 years experience minimum.
Development cycle knowledge.
Teamwork.

Good analytic skills and solving problem.
