  • Experience on Payroll administration Quebec and Ontario
    Experience on Benefit and Pension Plans administration Quebec & Ontario
    Experience on Tax Filing and end of the year reconciliations
    Familiar with expat packages and net salaries calculations
    Personnel Expenses analysis
    General knowledge on Labor law framework Quebec & Ontario
    Experience on HR administration processes; employee handbooks; internal procedures .
    Experience in unionized / industrial environment
    Assist on HR communications preparation (internal communications, internal newsletter, Vopak Values Campaign, etc)

    Experience on Recruitment and selection processes
    Experience in onboarding and induction processes

    Proficient in the use of database handling tools (excel)
    Fully Bilingual

    Organized
    Ability to connect easily with the people
    Team player
    Service Oriented
    Solution driven
    Eager to learn the development side of HR function.

    At least 4 years of experience in the function in companies with high standards
    CPA certification
    College Diploma or University Bachelor degree in BA or Human Resources

    Salary 60k
    Benefit Package : Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD
    Pension; employer contribution 4% (employee should contribute 4%)
