We are currently looking for a:
Manager, Total Rewards
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Manager, Total Rewards oversees total rewards programs and ensures alignment to the business strategies and goals of the organization. She/he will provide support and expertise on related compensation programs and employee benefits issues, as well as ensure processes, policies and other related initiatives will improve the organization's ability to attract, motivate and retain talent in the organization throughout Canada, the US, and other regions in the world.
•Lead, coach and develop compensation and benefits team;
•Ensure Total Rewards strategies and programs are aligned to business growth plans;
•Analyze effectiveness of plans in place and recommend design changes to ensure alignment with the business needs;
•Manage the benefit programs for both Canada and the US;
•Ensure adherence to Company benefits, incentives and pay;
•Lead and ensure proper execution of the annual compensation cycle (position evaluation/pay equity, performance evaluation, salary review process and bonus programs);
•Participate in the development and administration of incentive compensation programs;
•Ensure continuous competitiveness of Rewards function by overseeing research and analysis of competitive compensation practices in the workplace and make recommendations;
•Support HR business partners and train them on the proper application of the programs in place;
•Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR compensation policies and practices.
Qualifications and competencies:
•Bachelor in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;
•5 to 8 years experience in the field of total rewards;
•Minimum 1 year experience in leading a team;
•Knowledge of Health and Welfare benefit plans in the US;
•Proven ability to multitask and manage projects while respecting tight deadlines;
•Bilingual (English and French);
•Exceptional organizational skills, great attention to detail;
•Very good analysis and problem-solving skills;
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
•Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
